With so many cosmetic products, with such complex chemical substances, not surprising that women in the West suffer from a lot more skin and hair disorders than women in developing countries that can not be foamed in toxic cocktail. But beauty products are so much fun, right? I certainly think so. But when I started getting chemically sensitive skin, I had to look into other options. And so began my search for natural, home remedies.

- Try to find a shampoo that contains no sodium laureth sulfate (SLS), as this can break the lipid barrier of your scalp, stimulate your scalp produce more oil, or the itching and eczema. All of your face washed. SLS is commonly found in foaming products.

Apply on face and leave for 15 minutes. If the mask begins to dry and cracking, spray with water or rosewater spray.
